KAIAC Celebrates its 50th Anniversary

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the KAIAC organization!

What started in 1972 as a sports league between four schools, Seoul Foreign School, Korea Christian Academy (now Taejon Christian Int'l School), Pusan American High School, and Seoul American High School has grown and developed to include a well-rounded program of interscholastic activities (sports, arts, activities) for its member schools (see list below).

While these last two years of the pandemic have presented many challenges, KAIAC has maintained its unity of purpose to provide as many opportunities to our students as possible. We are especially proud of all of the students and teachers from all of the member schools that have maintained a positive attitude and spirit despite uncertainty.

We look forward to the next 50 years of KAIAC activities and know the best is yet to come.

In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of KAIAC, each school will select a 50th Anniversary All-Decade Sports Team (2011-12 to 2021-22) from their school (5 boys, 5 girls), which will be honored at the 50th Anniversary Celebration in early March. This list is compiled by the SFS AD in consultation and feedback from previous coaches and ADs.
