Randi Burns graduated from Jenks High School, Oklahoma, USA in 2004. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 and her master's degree in School Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2012.
Randi completed her internship for school counseling at Seoul Foreign School in 2012 and was then hired at the British section of SFS. Randi was a school counselor at the British school from 2013-2017. In 2017, Randi moved to London, England and in 2020 she moved to Barcelona, Spain.
At SFS, Randi coached both boys and girls FOBISIA for the British school in soccer and track and field. Randi was assistant coach for the varsity girls soccer team from 2013 to 2015. In 2016 and 2017, Randi was head coach for the varsity girls soccer team.
