Jerry (J. Bob) Cook graduated in the Cambrian Period from Washington Clay High School in Indiana, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Indiana University during the Triassic Period, and his master’s degree from Idaho State University during the Tertiary Period. He is in the company of an exclusive group of educators to have seen live trilobites.
J. Bob was a member of the SFS staff from 1990-96. During this time he taught Earth Science, Physical Science, and Algebra. Since leaving SFS he has taught in Myanmar and Phoenix, Arizona. He is currently working from home in Phoenix for Connections Academy which is an online school.
At SFS he coached Cross Country with Larry Kearney. His fondest memories are sipping Coke at Chicago Pizza while the athletes ran the sidewalks of Yeonhui-dong.
