Michelle Froese graduated in 2004 from Seoul Foreign School in Seoul, Korea. She received her bachelor of science in Biology and bachelor of Education from the University of Winnipeg in 2010, and her masters degree in Athletic Administration from Ohio University in 2019.
Michelle was a member of the SFS staff from 2013-2016 where she taught in the High School Science department. She moved on from SFS to teach HS Physical Education at Gyeonggi Suwon International School for the 2017-2019 school years and then onto Concordia International School Shanghai where she currently teaches Middle School Physical Education.
While at SFS, Michelle coached girls junior varsity and varsity volleyball, girls varsity basketball and girls varsity soccer.
