Rebecca Emrich graduated in 2000 from Chamberlain High School in Tampa, Florida. She received her bachelor's degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation with a minor in Zoology from the University of Florida in 2004 and her master's degree in the art of education with an emphasis on secondary sciences from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2009.
Rebecca has been a member of the SFS staff since the 2010-2011 school year. During her time here she has taught science in the HS as well as Theory of Knowledge. Since 2018 she has served in the role of Head of Department for the science department.
At SFS, Rebecca has coached girls cross country and track and field. Currently she is the head coach for girls cross country, which she has coached since the 18-19 season.
