Cailen McNair received his bachelor’s degree in health promotion and fitness management from Southern Oregon University in 2002, and his master’s degree in education from Eastern Oregon University in 2006.
Cailen has been a member of the SFS staff since the 2018-19 school year. He currently teaches SEHS, MYP PHE, and grade 11/12 PE. Cailen is serving as the school wide head of department for PHE.
At SFS, Cailen is the girls varsity volleyball coach and the track and field coach. He has 16 years experience coaching 8 different sports at the HS level and has been an international teacher since 2009.
